Hello, I am a parent of two kids aged 12 and 8 yrs. I enrolled my children in Amol Sir’s yoga class since June 2024. I have found several changes in my children since then. The breathing exercises and relaxation techniques learned from practicing yoga have helped children with stress management. Going through a variety of yoga poses helped them learn about their bodies and the movements they’re capable of doing. It also taught them about discipline as they work on clearing their minds and perfecting their poses. Thank you so much Amol Sir, This is the best investment that I have done … 🙏🙏
Hello All…I have joined various yoga classes but the experience of yoga with Amol sir is very good… Results are seen if you are consistent and also everyday sir will take different exercises targeting different parts of the body hence yoga is not boring. Best part is I feel refreshed and energetic after every class. Although class is online instructions are crisp and clear… Sir will keep an eye on everyone.
