3. Registration and Accurate Information

You are responsible for keeping your registration or account information confidential. Tell YogVishw promptly if you become aware of any unauthorised use.

For minors, a parent’s or legal guardian’s consent may be required by law. If you provide false information, use someone else’s information without permission, or misuse the registration process, YogVishw may take appropriate action, including cancelling or restricting the registration.

4. Fees and Payments

* Full payment or an advance payment may be required to confirm registration or admission.
* Keep your payment receipt or transaction reference, where available.
* If a payment fails, your registration or admission is not confirmed unless YogVishw expressly confirms it.

* Refunds, cancellations, absences, make-up classes, and batch changes are governed by the separate Refund, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.
* Providing false payment information, using an unauthorised payment method, or misusing the chargeback process is prohibited. YogVishw may take appropriate action in accordance with applicable law.

5. Health and Safety

Yoga involves physical activity and may not be suitable for everyone.

* Practise according to your health condition, physical ability, and personal limits.
* If you have an injury, severe pain, recently had surgery, are pregnant, have a chronic illness, take medication, or have another significant health condition, consult a qualified healthcare professional. Where necessary, share relevant information with the instructor.
* Stop immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, breathing difficulty, chest pain, or any other discomfort. Seek medical help if needed.
* Follow the instructor’s instructions and do not push beyond your safe physical limits.
* For online classes, choose a safe, clear, and suitable place to practise.
* In an emergency, contact local emergency services or a qualified medical professional.

YogVishw’s yoga, fitness, wellness, and health-related guidance is not a substitute for medical diagnosis, emergency treatment, or treatment from a qualified medical professional.

6. Online Classes and Technical Requirements

For online classes, you are responsible for having:

* A stable internet connection;
* A suitable device;
* Any required camera or audio equipment; and
* Access to the required application or platform.

If you cannot attend because of your internet connection, electricity supply, device, software, or personal technical problems, you may not be entitled to compensation, a replacement class, or a refund. The applicable cancellation and rescheduling policy will apply.

If a class is disrupted by a technical problem on YogVishw’s side, we may, where reasonably possible, reschedule it, provide an alternative session, issue a credit, or offer another suitable solution under the applicable policy.

Do not share, publish, forward, or disclose class links, passwords, or access details. Do not allow unauthorised people to attend a class.

7. Participant Conduct

All participants must treat instructors, staff, and other students respectfully.

The following conduct is prohibited:

* Harassment, threats, discrimination, bullying, or abusive behaviour;
* Intentionally disrupting a class or service;
* Sharing obscene, offensive, unlawful, or harmful content;
* Recording, taking screenshots, broadcasting, or distributing class content without permission;
* Collecting, using, or sharing another participant’s personal information without permission; and
* Misusing the services, payment systems, website, or online platforms.

If this conduct occurs or is reasonably suspected, YogVishw may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the relevant service. Any rights available under applicable law will remain unaffected.

8. Intellectual Property and Use of Content

The original text, logo, name, photographs, videos, audio, yoga training materials, class content, designs, and other materials on the YogVishw website or provided through our services belong to YogVishw or the relevant rights holders.

Registration or participation does not transfer ownership or give you commercial-use rights in this content. Without prior written permission, you must not copy, record, reproduce, republish, sell, distribute, publicly display, transmit, modify, or commercially use it, except where applicable law permits.

9. Changes to or Cancellation of Classes

When necessary, YogVishw may change the class time, instructor, batch, platform, or programme, or cancel a class. We will inform participants in advance wherever reasonably possible.

If YogVishw changes or cancels a class, any alternative arrangement, rescheduling, credit, or refund will be handled under the separate Refund, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.

Services may be affected by natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, technical failures, electricity or internet disruptions, illness, instructor unavailability, or other circumstances beyond YogVishw’s reasonable control. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to provide an appropriate alternative or solution.
