2. Cancellation of Registration and Refunds

Once registration for a paid class or programme has been confirmed, payments are generally non-refundable if a participant cancels the registration for personal reasons.

However, this Policy does not exclude or restrict any refund, remedy, or consumer right that is required or protected under applicable law.

3. Cancellation After the Programme Has Started

If a participant withdraws from a class or programme after it has started, or voluntarily discontinues participation, a refund will generally not be provided for the services used or reserved.

However, where a service has not been provided, a payment error has occurred, or a refund or other remedy is required under applicable law, the participant’s legal rights will remain unaffected.

4. Missed Classes

If a participant misses a scheduled class for personal reasons:

* No refund will generally be provided for the missed class.
* No additional or make-up class will be provided in place of the missed class.
* The duration of the missed class will not automatically be added to the participant’s course period.

These conditions remain subject to any rights or remedies required under applicable law.

5. Batch Changes and Rescheduling Requests

Participants may request a change from one batch to another, such as from the morning batch to the evening batch, or vice versa.

* Batch changes are subject to availability of seats in the requested batch.
* A batch change will be effective only after confirmation from YogVishw.
* A request may be declined if no suitable seat is available.
* If a batch change affects the course duration or other programme conditions, the participant will be informed of the applicable details.

A batch change is not guaranteed and must be approved by YogVishw.

6. Class Cancellation or Rescheduling by YogVishw

YogVishw may need to cancel or reschedule a class due to instructor unavailability, technical issues, emergencies, or other reasonable circumstances.

Where reasonably possible, affected participants will be informed as soon as practicable. Depending on the circumstances, YogVishw may offer a replacement class or a rescheduled session.

If a paid service is not delivered, any applicable refund or other remedy will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the case.

7. Technical Issues During Online Classes

Participants are responsible for maintaining a suitable internet connection, device, power supply, and access to the required online platform.

If a participant misses a class because of personal internet connectivity, power supply, device, or other technical problems, a refund or additional class will generally not be provided.

If a technical issue arises from YogVishw’s own systems, YogVishw will make reasonable efforts to provide an appropriate alternative arrangement, where possible. Any rights available under applicable law will remain unaffected.

8. Promotional Offers and Special Programmes

Separate conditions may apply to free sessions, trial classes, discounted offers, webinars, workshops, and special programmes.

Any specific cancellation or refund conditions applicable to such offers will be communicated before registration or payment. No special condition will override any mandatory right or remedy available to a participant under applicable law.
